If you receive a request for medical records from insurers or others, please send us a copy of the request to records@lakesidebilling.com to be sure we have it and can follow up for you. Typical routine requests will be fulfilled within 30 days.
For urgent requests or special handling, please phone our office at (385) 225-3330 and ask for the "Medical Records Department."
